    *One Week ON Ramp Class for new athletes start every Monday @ 6:00pm. For new athletes Starting Monday March 5, 2012 Please sign up for that class at the front desk or ask about it up front. Cost of the three classes are $30 added to your first month of membership.  On Ramp class is required for all new members after the 5th of March to ensure a quality introduction to foundational movements key to CrossFit and your CrossFit experience.  Classes will last between 45 min to 1 hour with lots of movement specific instruction and scaled WOD at the end.  The On Ramp is designed to increase the quality of your group class experience.  Hope to see you soon.
